Our company was formed in 1990 that makes us 21
years in the Building Services Industry.
We specialize in MECHANICAL SERVICES but mainly
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS in RETAIL, OFFICES,
HOSPITALS, HOTELS and MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS
within the established history of projects. We
undertake ALL designs that have requirements for
reliability, comfort cooling, economical
production of hot water and heat reclaim with
the aim of saving running costs.Whilst we
undertake design work for large property
development companies we are increasingly aware
of the ENERGY CONSUMPTION of large buildings
that are attributed to AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS.
Our company is an ESCO
(Engineering Services Company) registered with
ESKOM. In this regard we have submitted to ESKOM
various mechanical proposals (both retail and
commercial), with saving of electricity and the
Capex needed to implement the upgrades. These
costs would be funded directly by Eskom.
